The Joseph Michael Chubbuck Foundation Inc. provides a PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - financial assistance to cancer patients and their families for needs not covered by insurance. Patients in financial crisis are referred to the Foundation by oncology social workers, and radiologists and oncologists within hospitals, medical facilities, and treatment centers.Patients must currently be undergoing treatment - Chemo, Radiation, Targeted Therapy, Cancer Surgery.
The Joseph Michael Chubbuck Foundation, Inc. provides needed equipment to charitable hospitals, Hospices, and treatment centers (for example sleeper chairs).
Our Foundation provides assistance to advocate for cancer patients by providing links to top cancer treatment centers and a list of key questions patients and their family should ask when first consulting an oncologist. You may also contact the Foundation for advice.
